We would like to invite you to be a part of United Methodist Church Co-Op Nursery School’s annual fundraising dinner and auction. This year’s event, Aloha UMC, will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Masonic Lodge in Burlingame, where we expect around 200 parents, friends and alumni to attend. Proceeds directly benefit UMC students by enhancing our curriculum and teacher development, maintaining our school, and helping to keep tuition low.
Our school is a parent-directed, non-profit, non-sectarian cooperative nursery school that offers a play-based program for children 18 months to 5 years of age. Conveniently located in the heart of Burlingame, we serve over 100 families in town and from neighboring communities in San Mateo, Hillsborough and Millbrae.
Please consider supporting our event by donating gift certificates, merchandise and/or services. We welcome your cash sponsorship and would love to promote your business by advertising in our auction catalog. A member of our auction committee will contact you within a week to discuss your donation or sponsorship and how your business may be displayed in our marketing or at the event. Please see the enclosed participation forms and feel free to contact me with any questions
Donations are due by December 31, 2015 to ensure proper recognition in the auction catalog.
On behalf of UMC Co-Op Nursery School we will provide written acknowledgement of all gifts and advertisements. Please contact your tax advisor concerning the deductibility of gift items. For your records, our tax identification number is 94-1201232.
If you have any questions please email Auction Co-Chair Mary Glide, firstname.lastname@example.org.
